This is the Anevry General-Use Mail Form and Error Report Form page. Here you can easily send mail to us directly at Anevry, or report an error in ANY of our products, services, websites, etc. Please note that these forms send directly to the Anevry home department and the Error Group, accordingly, but NOT to any other department. If you would like to send to a different department please take a look at the links below this mail form. They are the links to other departments' mail forms.

Error Reporters! Please make sure you have a valid error/bug to report and that you fill out the report form below as thoroughly as possible. People who have accounts get their errors looked at first as a matter of policy (you can apply for a FREE account to get this benefit!). When sending an error report, remember to describe in your report all of the possible details and locations for finding the errors, include any important details, and be as acurate as possible so that our skilled team of bug trackers can find and fix the bug as quickly as they can! Please also notice that error reports for Beast Masters Trading Card Game have a separate form located directly below the regular Error Report Form! Please also understand that you may report ANY error, ANYWHERE, regardless of how important you feel it is, we're always striving to keep Anevry error-free!!

If you don't have an E-Mail address the mail form below may also be used to send us a letter which we will reply to by regular mail, for your convenience. Just include your 'reply to' address in the message box instead, please specify that you wish to be replied to by regular mail in the message box as well and in the E-Mail box put mail.to.me@anevry.com so our systems mark the E-Mail as needing to be replied to by regular mail, and then it will be forwarded to the appropriate department. Please realize that if you use this method of sending us a message, since we reply by regular mail, it will take longer than 24 hours for you to receive our reply.
